Simianforge is a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 42137516 and run by David Broekzitter. Its registered address is held in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce register under that number and is available on request. Correspondence goes to [email protected].

When you send an idea through this site, the text of it is stored. If you spoke rather than typed, the recording is turned into text and the audio itself is discarded immediately. Any files you attach are kept with it, along with the time it arrived, whether it was spoken or typed, and the IP address it came from, which exists only to stop a single machine flooding the form.

All of it is kept for one reason, so that your idea can be read and answered. None of it is used for advertising or profiling, and none of it is sold or passed to anyone else. The legal ground is simply that you asked me to consider working with you, and I cannot reply without keeping what you sent.

Submissions are deleted after twelve months. If we end up working together, what you sent becomes part of the project record instead.
